"If trips to the museum always included tattoos and a proper drink, we'd be a much more cultured crew. As part of their "Skin & Bones: tatoos in the Life of the American Sailor" exhibit, the Independence Seaport Museum is screening "Hori Smoku Sailor Jerry" tomorrow at 7p.m. The doc of Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins explores tattoo culture, as well as the man who inspired the nautical Center City boutique. The after party (and rum) goes down at Old City's Top Hat."
